BoatClub

hardware (merchandise) for a boat club. It prints mailing labels, generates
invoices which update the database and enters transactions to a sales journal.
It also prints membership lists, mooring lists, price and inventory lists. An
integrated full-screen editor can be used for modifying notices and writing form
letters. The source code in Turbo Pascal is included so that the program could
be modified for other types of organizations or small businesses.

is a detailed day care management package that covers just about every need
for a day care program of any size. It features film, music, tape, and book
libraries; a facility scheduling system; a detailed inventory system which
tracks fixed assets, supplies, and retail operations; a client information
database; and a complete accounting system including general ledger, checkbook
registers, receivables, payables, payroll, and budgeting. Requires a hard disk

and secondary addresses. It tracks matching funds donation information, and

NonProfit General Ledger

is a powerful accounting program designed specifically for the small nonprofit
organization.  NGL keeps track of money spent on different service programs and
where the money from specific funding sources goes.  In addition to the detailed
break-downs, NGL will print a consolidated income statement and balance sheet,
as well as a trial balance with transaction listing, and budget variance
reports.  A built-in fudge factor lets you see before posting if an expenditure
would put an account over budget and if so, lets you post it to a different
category.  (Note: this is not a true fund accounting program.)


Mechanic's Scheduler

appointment scheduling, estimates, records for up to 100 vehicles per customer,

proposal and invoice generator, and more. Requires 500k RAM and a hard disk.


Micro-Retailer

is a major financial information management system for footwear and apparel
retailers. The program was developed and tested over a period of three years
by an association of computer professionals and retailers and has features
previously found only on mini-computers. The list of features is too lengthy
for inclusion here, given the limited target audience. The 326K documentation
file is very thorough. A hard disk is required.


PC-Food

is a food costing system for restaurants. It lets you set up an inventory of
ingredients with a cost for each and a record of which menu items the
ingredient goes into. It will then calculate a required selling price for each
menu item based on a desired gross profit and the food cost you have defined.
After you have set-up the program for your operation, you will no longer need
to guess or manually calculate food cost each time ingredient costs change.
Just compare invoice prices with the inventory ingredient printout, edit any
prices that have changed, and the program will instantly update all relevant
food costs. The program also includes the ability to maintain a selling price
based on a desired gross profit percentage and one based on a desired dollar
gross profit. You can define six department names for inventory. The program
is well designed and easy to use.


The Restaurant House Charge Billing System

is not for your average McDonald's type of restaurant.  It is designed for more
intimate types of restaurants or golf and racquet clubs that allow members to
sign for tabs and be billed on a monthly basis.  Each ticket can be entered in
during the month and a bill printed out at the end of the month.  A very nice
program if you need something like this.

NOTE: You must run the program CLEAR before anything else is done as this
program produces 40+ files that the program needs to operate.

maintains cost records by purchase, inventory and recipe unit. It
provides a purchase history and P&L analysis. An accounts payable

#7711/4146 Inventory & Accounts Payable II IM-4.1 ($153) is designed for
large restaurants, hotels or clubs with multi-profit centers.

#7711/4147 Inventory & Cost Control III IM-4.1 ($153) is for schools,
colleges, correctional facilities, and other multi-unit operations with
a central commissary.

#7711/4636 Recipe Management RM-3.0 ($95) is used with the above
Inventory programs. It performs costing on each ingredient plus cost per
serving. It also calculates adjustments to menus for serving different
numbers of people.

Medical Bill Management System

production reports, drug and mailing labels and an unlimited number of data
searches for patient records by user defined criteria.  Clinical information
such as diagnoses, procedures, referring physicians, hospitals and outside
